Somebody who bought a Mega Millions ticket in New Jersey is $1 million richer.
Six lucky people had tickets that matched five of the white balls drawn Friday night, winning $1 million each. One of the winning tickets was purchased New Jersey.
But nobody won the jackpot Friday night, so it climbed to $415 million.
The winning numbers drawn Dec. 28 were: 9 – 10 – 25 – 37 – 38 and Mega Ball: 21. The Megaplier was 2x.

It was not known Saturday where the $1 million ticket was sold in New Jersey.
The next drawing will be on Tuesday. The jackpot will be an estimated $415 million, or $248.8 million cash, the eighth largest in the history of Mega Millions, according to the lottery website.
Five people won Mega Millions jackpots this year, including one from New Jersey in March. The winning ticket for $533 million was sold at a gas station in Riverdale. It became the sixth-biggest jackpot in Mega Millions history.
In October, the Mega Millions broke a record with a $1.5 billion jackpot. The winning ticket was sold in South Carolina but no one has come forward yet to claim their prize.
